The home checked every box in terms of square footage, but the layout simply wasn’t functional. By reworking a guest bedroom and ensuite into a mudroom and laundry space, we created a seamless and intuitive flow through the home. Transforming the original laundry into a large walk-in pantry added both storage and convenience thanks to its proximity to the kitchen.
Modernizing the dated fireplace and introducing soft arches throughout the space brought warmth and intimacy, echoed beautifully from room to room. The kitchen received a thoughtful facelift with new countertops, backsplash, updated hardware, and designer lighting throughout.
A newly created dry bar now connects the open flow, while stunning marble tile floors tie everything together and put the perfect finishing touch on this transformation.
